Mailing ListsWe collect and store personal information from business’. We use that information to tell update you on the progress of any ongoing or upcoming works; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check, on occasion, that you’re happy and satisfied with our service. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer Ben Mages.
Share info w/ 3rd partiesWe share your personal information with our suppliers, to establish trade and customer references when setting up new accounts on your behalf.
We also share employee certificates and qualifications with sites and business’s who we trade with, ensuring that our employees fulfil the requirements needed to undertake the commissioned works.
