Boring

We offer horizontal and vertical boring services, with horizontal capacity of 1.4m x 1.2m and 2m column height, and vertical capacity of 1.23m x 600mm.

Metal Spraying

We operate a full metal spraying facility, handling everything from small shafts to large bearing journals, housings, and other components.

Slotting

We machine internal keyways from 10mm to 56mm wide and up to 250mm long, as well as larger keyways, hexagon bores, and square bores.

Turning up to 6m lengths

We offer light and heavy engineering, with capacity to turn components up to 6 metres long and 1 metre in diameter on our largest centre lathe.

We provide a full range of small to medium-scale milling, with large-scale milling capacity up to 6 metres available soon.
